Yoga for Beginners

Build confidence in your practice and learn how yoga looks and feels in YOUR body. One on one sessions will meet you where you are at and can you help you build the skills necessary to feel successful in a group class or simply practice on your own.

Refresh

You deserve time to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Learn how to hold space for yourself by holding deep stretches, utilizing props and practicing breathwork.

Energize

It can be challenging making it to a studio or gym. Our lives are busy, the class schedule doesn’t always match yours and you can easily spend two hours from the drive, to the class, to the post workout shower. We’ll incorporate a strong, powerful flow, the usage of light weights and cardio.

Tailored Sessions

Each session is tailored to your specific needs and requests. The following styles are offered:

Vinyasa (active, flowing, linking breath to movement)

Gentle Yoga (slower pace, adapted for beginners and seniors)

Yin/Restorative (deep stretching and relaxation with the usage of props)

Sculpt (sweaty, fast paced, incorporates light weights and cardio)

How do I get started?

We’ll start with an introductory phone call to discuss your needs and ensure that this is the right fit.

Next, we’ll set up an introductory session at your home, a studio or outdoor space. We’ll assess your level, needs and determine a plan tailored to you!

We recommend practicing 1-3x per week and ask for a commitment of 3 months to start.

Pricing

Pricing is determined by the length of session and frequency. Reduced rates are offered through packages.
